Quality Guarantee
- Wellku Power guarantee all products and parts are reliable and of premium quality from the original manufacturer
- All industrial diesel gensets come with 12 months or 1000 hour run time warranty, whichever expires first
- Wellku Power warrant faulty parts and defective factory workmanship.
- Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, incorrect/overdue maintenance or misuse. We do not warrant batteries if supplied with gensets.
- The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs in relation to returns and repaired items
Training
- Wellku Power can train operators to master the operation and maintenance of gensets.
- We provide centralized, primary and secondary training courses for operators on site and in our workshop.
- We will also carry out upgrade training courses termly.
Spare Parts Service
- Wellku Power supply genuine & OEM spare parts
- Provide servicing depending on the post-sale network of Wellku Power
- Provide servicing guarantee through component manufacturers via global agents
